The surface texture facilitates wicking moisture to the surface where it is rapidly evaporated. A full-length zipper allows you to dump heat when your legs are busting out lung burning climbs. Featuring a form-fit, the Italia was cut so that it isn't skin tight, rather it hugs the form of your body while in riding position. Raglan-inspired sleeves minimize fabric bunching under the arms and elastic gripper at the hem keeps it from riding up.
